The role of the company is to provide an arrival and departures facility for coaches in London, with off-street setting down and pick-up. The provision of a safe, comfortable environment both for coach travelers and for those seeing off or welcoming passengers is of prime importance.

Victoria Coach Station covers slightly more than three acres of ground on the corner of Buckingham Palace Road and Elizabeth Street, just half a mile from Buckingham Palace.

Victoria Coach Station is well-equipped for the needs of operators and passengers alike.

For Coach Operators we provide:
• Coach parking monitored by CCTV and patrolled by staff 24 hours a day
• Fuelling, toilet drop and maintenance in association with Sammy's Garage
• Ticket sale facilities for advance and on-the-day purchases
• Ground staff to assist with check-in and boarding
• Approved routes for journeys to and from the coach station

For Passengers we provide:
• Safe and comfortable enclosed passenger terminals with seating.
• A range of food and retail outlets
• Secure left luggage service
• Toilets, including facilities for baby changing and passengers with disabilities
• Visual display systems to advise of each departure
• Registered porters to assist with luggage, for a fee

• Personal mobility assistance for mobility impaired and vulnerable passengers*.

*The Mobility Lounge offers passengers free mobility assistance to and from coaches and a comfortable and safe waiting area. The lounge has space for 25 people and there is also a disabled toilet, adapted for wheelchair use.
