As coach operators for over 50 years we know only too well how “bloody” annoying, inconvenient, and expensive breakdowns can be! Most clients are equally annoyed and frustrated that their journey has been interrupted, but do accept that breakdowns do occasionally occur even to the best run firms and well maintained coaches. Dependant upon how operators react they can generally recover “good will” from this situation.

At Grayline, and after receipt of a call for assistance, we expect to have one or more of our well equipped roadside side assistance vehicles with fully trained and VOSA accredited fitters en route to the breakdown within 15 minutes. Operators and ourselves are kept informed of progress and if necessary and, (subject to availability) a replacement coach can be despatched to complete the journey, thereby minimising inconvenience to the clients.

We offer a full 24 hour service and cover the counties of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Northamptonshire. We carry spares to deal with most roadside situations and, can provide Underlift recovery vehicles or Trailers if necessary to return the coach to the operators premises or any other location.
