Cogent’s range of seats are built with the emphasis on safety combined with practicality, ease of installation and aesthetics. With seats to accommodate a whole range of functions and applications Cogent supplies the market with robust schoolbus seats, comfortable executive minibus style seating as well as for taxis and crewcabs. An abundance of accessories are available including folding tables ,magazine racks armrests, a variety of headrestraints and highback options as well as a choice of style of cover with varying degrees of luxury including full leather trim. All seats are tested to M1, M2 and M3 and are available in various designs whilst there is a comprehensive range of reclining, space saving and removable seats. The M1 Eagle and M2 Condor are also available as extra wide seats for bariatric needs with widths of 500mm 550mm and 600mm for a single seat which has an extra large headrestraint as well as extra long webbing. In addition Cogent’s seats are fully tested with a range of fixing systems including Koller, NMI and Unwins and are also tested on Smart Floor, AMF Brunz and Innotrax flooring systems.
Cogent also assembles and supplies Vogelsitze in the UK and Ireland and has separate divisions which deal with the conversion of buses and coaches and also deals with retrimming and refurbishment.
